What day and time will you come?

We book by the weekend, not by the hour. Your stone is cleaned on the Saturday or Sunday of the weekend you book. We group jobs by cemetery, so we cannot give a day or start time. You do not need to be there. We send photos when your stone is finished.

Why weekends only?

So each visit is focused, and weekday cemetery operations stay uninterrupted. Saturday and Sunday only, up to 15 stones a day.

Can I be there when you clean it?

Yes. We will text you the part of the day we expect to be at that cemetery, and again when we're heading over. Many families are out of town, and photos are part of every job either way.

Is lettering included in $220?

Yes. Touch-up or a full refill of the carved letters when they need it, both sides if lettered.

Does the price change for a bigger or dirtier stone?

No. Photos are just for reference. Your price won't go up because of the stone's condition or size.

Do you work Fresno or Bakersfield?

Yes, for the same $220. We work those areas on scheduled weekends.

What does 6-month upkeep cost?

$80, added at checkout with the $220 restoration, for $300 total. It can only be added at checkout. It can't be added after purchase.

What do you clean the stone with?

D/2 Biological Solution, a nearly pH-neutral biological cleaner made for marble, granite, and other memorial stone. It lifts mold, algae, lichen, and staining without acids, bleach, or salt residues. The stone often keeps lightening for weeks after we leave. That is D/2 still working.

Will D/2 hurt the stone?

No. D/2 is a biological cleaner used on memorials. It lifts growth without acid.

What paint do you use on the letters?

Accepted Answer

BEECK Monument Lettering Paint, a mineral silicate finish made for monuments. It bonds with the stone instead of sitting on it, and the color is UV-stable. We restore the letters already cut. We do not change the font.

Why does the stone look cleaner days later?

D/2 keeps working after we leave. A stone can look even cleaner days later. That is normal, not a missed step.

What if the stone is broken or leaning?

We do not lift, reset, or level a monument, and we do not repair breaks. Send photos and we will tell you if a monument company should handle it.

What if the name on the stone doesn't match?

We work from your photos and the name you give us. If the name on the stone does not match, we stop and text you. We do not guess.

What happens to flowers and items on the plot?

Flowers, flags, and personal items stay unless they block the stone. We may move them aside and put them back. We are not responsible for items already damaged or loose.

Will you post photos of our stone?

We take before-and-after photos for your records and for the job file. We will not post a stone online with a readable full name unless you say that's okay.

Who can book?

The person paying confirms they have the family's authority. If another relative objects and the cemetery tells us to stop, we stop. Work already done is still complete. Refunds follow our refund policy: only within 24 hours of booking, minus $50.

We only work when the cemetery is open and allows it. Gate times can change the order of the day.

Work is scheduled and materials are bought for your stone. Read this before you pay.Customer cancellation: Refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours of booking. Any customer refund is returned minus $50. After 24 hours, the payment is nonrefundable if the customer cancels.After the visit: No refunds once we have cleaned or lettered the stone. Photos are sent when the job is finished. That is the completed service.If we cancel or cannot do the job: full refund.
