Weekend appointments only.
 
We book by the weekend, not by the hour. Your stone is cleaned on the Saturday or Sunday of the weekend you book. We group jobs by cemetery, so we cannot give a day or start time.
 
You do not need to be there. We send photos when your stone is finished.
 
Up to 15 stones a day. When a weekend is full, the next open weekend is the next option.
 
After you book, text 3 photos of the stone (front, side, plot). Photos are just for reference. Your price won't go up because of the stone's condition or size.
 
Completed work is nonrefundable. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a refund minus $50. If we cancel or cannot do the job, you get a full refund. 6-month upkeep is $80 and can only be added at checkout.

Wrong stone
We work from your photos and the name you give us. If the name on the stone does not match, we stop and text you. We do not guess.
 
What we will not do
We do not lift, reset, or level a monument. We do not repair breaks. We do not remove a stone.
 
What's on the plot
Flowers, flags, and personal items stay unless they block the stone. We may move them aside and put them back. We are not responsible for items already damaged or loose.
 
Photos
We take before-and-after photos for your records and for the job file. We will not post a stone online with a readable full name unless you say that's okay.
 
Who can book
The person paying confirms they have the family's authority. If another relative objects and the cemetery tells us to stop, we stop. Work already done is still complete. Refunds follow our refund policy: only within 24 hours of booking, minus $50.
 
Weather / product
D/2 keeps working after we leave. A stone can look even cleaner days later. That is normal, not a missed step.
 
Cemetery hours
We only work when the cemetery is open and allows it. Gate times can change the order of the day.
